Video lego 2. We have our own shock absorption system in our bodys. And the greatest thing about this shock absorption system is that it not only absorbs shock or energy, it can be stored, then re released to help fuel your running movement. I call this free energy. You have created it. Why not go and reuse it.


Are you reusing it?


In running you really should be using your tendon system. That system is designed to take that load. If those tissues (tendons) are not loading appropriately then that load is going somewhere else. Are those other tissues designed to take that load? Go ask your knee or your patella femoral joint if they like that load?
